Here is the list of actions available at Document Level:

Change Font Family	Pre	Use it to change the font and style of the text in the template The updated font and style will appear once processing is complete.
Activate Client Indexing	Post	Use it to activate or deactivate the job tables with the specific required level in the print or mail client
Set Profile	Post	Use it to select the profile to be indexed in the template for print and mail clients
