View_Data

The View Data section gives you quick access to all data uploaded or managed in Reach. It helps you verify records, troubleshoot issues, and ensure your campaigns run on accurate information.

View Contact Data

This shows the customer demographic data.

To view,

  • Navigate to Data Management > View Data > View Contact Data.

  • Search for the required table to view the data.

Use Validate All Email to validate email Ids of all the users.

To add a new customer data, click Create New Record. Fill in the customer data and save.

To update a record, navigate to it and click . Make necessary changes and click Save.

To delete a record, click and provide your confirmation to delete.

To view transactional data, switch to the Transactional Data tab. You can add new records but editing is restricted as the transactional data is incremental.

Similarly, switch to the Consent Data tab to view the consent data.

View CSV Data

This displays the uploaded CSV files.

To view, navigate to Data Management > View Data > View CSV Data.

To view the raw data uploaded through a CSV file, click . The file gets downloaded to your local storage. View it to confirm whether the uploaded file was processed correctly and all columns and values are captured as expected.

To validate email ids in a CSV file, click .

To delete an uploaded CSV file, click .

View Permission Data

This shows customers' consent and preference details. You can see who has opted in or opted out for specific channels like SMS, email, or WhatsApp.

To view, navigate to Data Management > View Data > View Permission Data

View Exclusion Data

This shows exclusion lists uploaded to date. Records in these exclusion lists are automatically skipped during campaign execution.

To view, navigate to Data Management > View Data > View Exclusion Data

To view the records in an exclusion file, click . The file gets downloaded to your local storage using which you can view the records in it.

To delete an uploaded CSV file, click .
