AI Analytics
REACH incorporates an in-built Machine Learning (ML) that analyzes campaign and communication data to generate AI-driven campaign insights for SMS, Email, and WhatsApp channels. These insights help you quickly analyze how your campaigns are performing without having to look into the individual reports.
How it works?
AI looks at your campaign data such as messages sent, delivered, opened, or failed and finds patterns automatically. The ML model studies past and ongoing campaigns and analyses the following:
Message volume sent and delivered
Success, failure, and rejection rates
Open, click, and response behavior
Channel and gateway performance
Time and frequency of communications
Audience behavior
Based on learned patterns, the system identifies performance gaps, high-performing channels, and optimal timing and frequency. The platform then generates smart insights and recommendations for improvement.

Know which messages perform best
Understand which channel works better (SMS, Email, WhatsApp)
Identify the best time to send messages
Spot delivery issues early
These insights reduce manual analysis, help you make better campaign decisions, and improve engagement and response rates.
Example: You send reminders through SMS and email. AI Analytics clearly shows that SMS messages are delivered well but receive fewer responses, while emails reach fewer users yet see stronger engagement. It also highlights that messages sent in the afternoon perform better.
With these insights, you know exactly what to adjust in your next campaign.
How to view?
To view AI-powered campaign insights, go to AI Analytics > AI Campaign Insights and specify the following:
Period (Today / 7days / 30 days). The default period is 7 days.
Communication channel(s) (SMS / Email / WhatsApp / All)
Comparison (vs previous period / vs last week / vs last month) — or select "No comparison" to see insights without comparison
Then, click Generate. The ML model analyzes and generates a report.
