App Push Template
App Push templates are pre-designed message formats used for sending push notifications to mobile apps. App push templates come in three different types:
Standard App Push Templates: ready-to-use templates with minimal customization used for routine notifications such as reminders, updates, and alerts.
App Push Templates (Custom): fully customizable templates that allow personalization of text, images, buttons, and variables to create tailored messages aligned with your campaign goals.
In-App Push Templates: templates intended for notifications that appear directly within the app rather than on the device's notification panel. They engage users while they are actively using the app (pop-ups, banners, promotions, tips, offers).
Let's take a look at all three types:
Standard App Push Template
To create a Standard App Push template,
Navigate to Template Management > App Push Template > Standard App Push Template. The application displays the list of templates created to date.
Click Create New Post.
Select and add title, text body, and an icon as shown below.

All templates are editable by default. To make a template static and prevent users from editing it, toggle the button to the left.
As you add elements, a preview appears on the right. You can switch between Expand and Collapse views to see the template, and preview how it appears on Android and iOS devices.
Once done, click SAVE & CONTINUE. Assign the template a name, tag, category, and permissions, and then click Save.

The template gets created and is available under "View App Push Templates".

To edit a template, hover over it and click Edit, make necessary changes, and save it.
To delete a template, hover over it and click Delete.
Managing these templates are subject to the permissions assigned.
App Push Template (Custom)
