Voice Template
Voice templates help maintain uniform messaging, simplify personalization, and ensure brand consistency across customer interactions, particularly in automated or large-scale outreach. They help you communicate your users quickly and effortlessly.
Creating a Voice Template
To create a template, follow these steps:
Go to Template Management > Voice Template > Create Template
Select the voice communication type (Transactional/Promotional).
Give the template a name and provide the template content.
Once done, save your template.

The template gets created and is available under “View Template”.
To view, go to Template Management> Voice Template> View Template
View Templates
All the voice templates you created will be available here.

To preview a template, click View.
To edit the template, click Edit.
To search for a template, you can choose to search by name/template id/PE id/category/approval date. Type in the search box and click Search.

To delete a template, click Delete.
Managing these templates are subject to the permissions assigned to you by your Administrator.
